WHO WANTS IT MORE? KAIZER CHIEFS OR PIRATES

The highly anticipated game against two Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs(Glamour Boys) and Orlando Pirates(Up the Bucs) is the first derby of 2012. Once again the whole nation is on their feet waiting for this two teams to lock horns this coming Saturday at the world cup stadium Soccer City 15:30pm live on SABC1,SuperSport4 and HD.

Just like in any other league when two of the most fiered teams meet the stake are high look at La Liga El Classico it is always electrifying both on the pitch and the crowd, even during the the Manchester derby it always produce high quality football. Will it be the same case between these two Soweto gaints?

This derby is expected to draw a lot of crowd a full house is expected at the 90 000 capacity stadium. As both teams are chasing for the championship tittle, will the crowd be entertained or will it be a lovely draw as "Shakes Kungwane" would say. I think that the most hungry team of the day will get the maximum points for us to know which team is that we will have to wiat for Saturday.

Looking back at recent derbies
Looking back at the last season while Olarndo Pirates was under Ruid Krol vs Kaizer Chiefs's Vladimir Vermezovic they played 5 times, Chiefs claming 3 wins. But now since the begining of this season Pirates have been under Julio Leas and the teams have played two official games both sharing the spoils. Will the history have an impact cuming to the next derby this Saturday?

News from both camps
Both this teams are facing problems of their owns coming into this game. As Orlando Pirates head coach was suspended form his positon this past Monday as he told the chiarman Dr Ivan Khoza that "he could not see his way forward" after a poor run of performance even though he has won the team two cups. Looking at Kaizer Chiefs all is good except few players on injuries and the rumours going around that "VV" may be on his way out of the club at the end of this season. Will all these take a toll on the players come Sartuday?

One thing for sure is that this game is going to be all fireworks with both team fans behind their respctive teams. All roads are heading to Soccer City this Sartuday as these is the only game that divide the nation of South Africa into two some will be in their Black and Gold shirts while others will be in thier Balck and White blowing the Vuvuzelas cahnting songs behind their teams. Hopefully we will be served with a great deal of football.

South African Football Association Involved in Match Fixing

Recently we have seen so many alligations surfacing the football world regarding match fixing, first it was Zimbabwe National team where 80 players were suspended until futher investigations regarding thier match fixing at their tour to Asia.  Now SAFA has hit the alligations to as they are claimed to have had busniess deals with the Singaporean Businessman Perumal's company Football4U which bribed match officials to swing the game in Bafana Bafan's way. Now the questions are this winning streak mislead our national team during the world cup? was this the reason to the poor perfomance for Bafana at the world cup?

SAFA CEO back then was Leslie Sedibe and has denied singing anything with Football4U in the Sunday Times. What was the reason behind the exchange of match officials and why are the questions on how they handled the games agianst Bulgaria,Thialand,Colombia and Guatamal. SAFA has corporated to any investigation conducted by FIFA as they are conducting their own investigaition in this matter even SAFA is conducting its own investigation and parties found guilty in this matter will face punishment. Hope that justice will be served and the name of SAFA will be cleared again.
